We have been clients of Mathis Services for almost a year now. They clean our spacious offices nightly as well as complete specially requested cleaning projects. The owner, Marcelo, is professional and accommodating to all our requests. He makes sure we have open communication on areas that need added attention each week and schedules time to meet with me as needed to discuss feedback. I appreciate that Marcelo will take the initiative to let me know, either by calling or texting, when he or his team notice something that requires immediate attention in the office. We’ve tasked the crew with a detailed list that needs completing each night and they follow through to meet the high standards we hold as a company.
